The vine plants are between 30 and 70 years old for the cuvée traditionelle and 65 years old for the cuvée "vieilles vignes". The yield per hectare is from 50hl with a density of 8000 to 9000 vines per hectare.

In order to preserve the typicity of our terroir, we protect the environment by practising rational phytosanitary protection and using organic fertilizers. The grapes are harvested manually once they have reached full maturity.
