Bottling takes place at the Domaine between spring to future harvest after lightly filtering.
Wine and food pairing : The Pouilly-Fuissés
may be served with shellfish (crab, lobster...), cooked fish
(salmon, monkfish...), white meat in a cream sauce... and Mâcon-Fuissé and Solutré-Pouilly with cooked oysters, grilled fishes and cooked mussels in white wines.
Suggestion : Dare to drink these wines
as an aperitif.
